After leaving Jennifer's, we went to see Grandmama and Grandaddy. It was such a beautiful day we wanted to be outside! Grandmama had already started preparing for a cookout and was making potato salad and baked beans. After realizing the girls weren't going to nap, Grandaddy and I took them for a stroll in the double stroller (Amber just got one in preparation for Katelyn's arrival). We made the mistake of passing the playground and had to let them out to play. They love it! Karlee can get up on her own and slide down by herself (I was at the end to catch and Grandaddy was on the top to assist if needed). Sophie would start climbing, but chicken out when she got to the top. Grandaddy helped her down the slide:) After our afternoon of playing, we moved the get together to our house to grill out hamburgers and hot dogs. Chad, Amber and James joined in on the fun when they got off work. Sophie was so tired and whiny by the time we got to dinner (she had only slept in the car for short periods of time all day) I forgot to get the camera out and take any pictures.
