Cinco De Mayo

We started off the day at the Barnes and Noble (aka "the bookstore") with the kids. They used to have a story time on Saturday mornings, but we didn't realize they had stopped doing it months ago. We still enjoyed our time looking at new books and playing with the train. We ate at a new restaurant across from the bookstore called Bar Louie. It was actually pretty good food. Maybe a little pricey, but they had some cinco de mayo specials so my grilled chicken nachos were $5 instead of $11. The atmosphere is nice and I especially liked the open air setting.
We had the Alfonsos and the Youells over for dinner. Amber and James were just getting back from the beach and Carrie was on her way back from her mom's with the boys (David was out of town). It worked out great and we had a wonderful meal (and really good margaritas). It really is amazing that the kids are so grown up now. We were out numbered by kids for a little while until Grandmama got there...it can get a little wild.

We gave the boys a bath and thought we would get a picture of their shampoo hair...such cuties!
