Zoo Day

Mom and I went down to Amber's to watch Katelyn and Karlee while Amber went to an appointment. When Amber got home, we decided to take the two older girls to the zoo for a little bit. Katelyn was down for a nap and Sutton was snuggled up on Grandmama.

 We took the wagon and it worked great so the girls could get in and out easily and we actually let them out more without the two younger ones to worry about.

 My friend, Christy, was ending the zoo class with her two boys so we met up with them for a little bit.

 The zoo wasn't that crowded and the animals were out and entertaining. It was the first day for the new baby giraffe to be out so we got to see that!

 A lot has changed since Christy and I met at Girls State when were were juniors in high school!

We rode the carousel and got out to see the lorikeets and got out at the petting zoo. It was a fun afternoon!
