We tried out Hucklebee's on opening night in Eagleville. It is nice to have another option besides the mexican restaurant. The food was pretty good. They have meat and 3 as well as sandwiches and breakfast all day. I really like the fried chicken and sweet potato casserole. Did I mention Mammy, Pappy, Michael's family and Deborah's family were also there. It was a very impromptu night out for us.
