Aunt Meghan came to Nashville for a quick visit and we were so excited!! She came in Thursday night just in time to feed Sophie her last bottle. Sophie immediately bonded with her Aunt Meghan and even gave her the little "come here" sign with her hands. We pretty much schedule her trips to visit around the food we are going to eat. We spent Friday afternoon in Nashville having lunch at Calypso and picking up cupcakes from Gigi's. I needed to check out some stores for a halloween costume so Meghan stayed in the car while I ran in quickly instead of taking Sophie in and out so much. Good thing we finished up when we did because it came a downpour. We decided to just spend the rest of the evening at the house relaxing on the couch and watching TV. We really needed a nap after all the food, but Sophie wasn't ready...she was pushing a chair around in the kitchen making all kinds of noise. She was tired later on and laid her head in her Daddy's hand as he tried to feed her dinner.
