We spent Christmas Eve at Grandmama and Grandaddy's house. Karlee and Sophie were wild, as you can see. It was almost impossible to get a picture of them both looking at the camera at the same time. They just wanted to get down and play instead of posing for pictures! Uncle Brent had to work late so we didn't get many pictures of "the boys". Amber is supposed to be sending me the one family picture we took with a timer (there is no telling how that turned out). Sophie and Karlee loved their gift from everyone. They got several dolls, a laptop, dishes for their kitchens, a My Little Pony, a sock monkey and several other nostalgic toys. Aunt Amber, Uncle James and Karlee gave Sophie a puppy....the only kind of puppy we plan to allow in our house (one with batteries). At the end of the night, Sophie started running a fever (she had been to the doctor on Monday with the croup and had been on steroids for three days). I knew she wasn't feeling great earlier in the day, but she hadn't ran a fever until then. She is laying on the floor in front of the bathroom door waiting on me when I went in there. She was so pitiful acting. I don't like it when she is sick!!!
