I woke up late on Mother's Day. Chad got up with the kids and let me sleep in. They had made me oatmeal for breakfast and I got the completed card they started the night before.
We went to church and had a wonderful service. Sophie sang in the choir with her daddy.

Two wonderful mothers/grandmothers - Nanny and Mammy |

Big boy getting around on his own after church |

Wow...Sophie looks real unhappy. Probably because we weren't letting her play on the playground right in front of us:) |
|
It was harder than I thought it would be trying to hold both of them for the picture...they are getting so big! |

Along with her real gift, we gave Grandmama a bag of chips (also one of her favorite things) |
We met up with Grandmama, Grandaddy, Amber, James, Karlee and Katelyn at Jason's Deli for lunch. It was a great choice for having all the kids and not having to wait forever on a table with crowds after church (and it is one of Mom's favorite places).

Got a picture with Grandaddy even though it was all about the moms today |
After lunch, mom and dad took Sophie and Sutton to the park to play with the Amber and her crew while Chad and I went to the hospital to visit Granny. It was the first time I had been able to go to visit her with Chad since she had been in the hospital. It is hard to go together when the kids aren't allowed in the room. Granny hasn't been doing so well and it has gotten to the point that they are talking about bringing her home with hospice.

Happy Mother's Day to a great Mom:) |
