It was a gorgeous day on Monday so we got out of the house to take advantage of the sunshine. Grandaddy was off and Amber brought Karlee to Grandmama so we met them at the playground. I had packed a lunch and mom had stopped to get chicken tenders so the girls had a little picnic. Sophie loves to sit on the ground across from Grandmama and let her feed her. The girls loved running around and playing...it is hard to keep up with them! Aunt Morgan was there too and it took all of us just to make sure they didn't run off or get hurt (well Grandmama wasn't much help so maybe there were just three of us). Karlee could climb up the steps herself so Grandaddy stood at the top to make sure she didn't just run off...no fear. Grandaddy and I took the girls for a walk in the strollers to get a little exercise and let them nap. They were worn out!! It was a fun afternoon...can't wait for the weather to get consistently nice.
