Night out at The Boiler Room Theater`

Grandmama babysat Sophie at our house while Grandaddy watched Karlee at her house so that the four of us could watch a Christmas play in Franklin. Sophie had been to the doctor on Monday morning after waking up with a fever (low grade, but she was definitely out of it). We didn't want to have her around Karlee since she was sick so our wonderful parents split up to make it possible for us to go out.

We watched an original show produced at the Boiler Room. It was pretty good, but I think our play at church was probably better:) We did get to see Melinda Doolittle. She is from the Nashville area and had been in shows at the theater before she was on American Idol. We sat in the back of the theater and Melinda went just behind us to go up the ladder to watch the show from where they do lighting and sound. She was afraid of heights so we were giving her a hard time about falling as she was coming down. Amber told her she had a nice butt and Chad told her he was taking a picture when she went back up after intermission. Amber wouldn't let me get a picture with us...she didn't want to make a scene.

Oh...this is how we found Sophie when we came home. Grandmama makes a bed for her in the floor instead of taking her upstairs to her crib. Don't worry, we didn't just leave her there:)
